I’m glad you’re here! I’m Anto.

I am a UX designer at Arup, with a focus on research and design. I recently completed a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction at University College London (UCL). I previously studied at the University of California, Davis, where I was awarded a Bachelor of Arts with honors in two majors: Cognitive Science and Design with a UX emphasis, along with a minor in Global and International studies.

I am driven to create meaningful products and experiences through a human-centered approach, with a focus on design for social impact. I believe in practicing empathy and community-building through using tools of design. Whether through my current UX role, prior internships across healthcare and non-profit organisations, research with the Laboratory for Basic and Translational Cognitive Neuroscience, or community workshop hosting with El Warcha Collaborative Design Studio, I try to connect with people around me and learn from new perspectives to solve creative problems.

Outside of work, you can find me watching documentaries (and letterboxd'ing them), tending to my houseplants, or trying new recipes in the kitchen.
